§ 1 Liability for Content
The contents of this website have been created with the greatest possible care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general laws. However, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific legal violation. Upon becoming aware of such legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.
§ 2 Liability for Links
Our website contains links to external websites of third parties (e.g., Discord, Steam, Kunos Simulazioni, GitHub, Wikipedia, map data). We have no influence on their content, therefore we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.
The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, permanent content control of the linked pages is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
§ 3 Use of Race Servers & Community Services
Participation in races on the ACC servers provided by us and the use of the Discord server is voluntary and free of charge. We assume no liability for:
- Failures, interruptions, or latencies of the race servers or the website
- Loss of setup files, lap times, driver data, or account data
- Damage to hardware, software, or peripherals caused by usage
- Misconduct by individual users or drivers on the server and Discord
- Content posted by users in chat, voice, or forum
- The maintenance of sporting results (results can be corrected at any time)
§ 4 No Business Activity
German Racers is neither a commercial enterprise nor a registered association. No revenue is generated, no services are sold, and no contracts are concluded. All offers are of a purely private and community-based nature. There is no entitlement to specific services, availability, or the continuation of the community.
§ 5 Trademarks and Copyrights
Assetto Corsa Competizione is a registered trademark of Kunos Simulazioni S.r.l.. All game-related logos, vehicle brands (Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, BMW, Audi, Lamborghini, McLaren, etc.), team logos, and track names are the property of their respective rightsholders. They are used here exclusively for informative, non-commercial presentation within the fan community.
Track maps are partly based on open-source graphics (Wikimedia Commons, GitHub). The layout, design, as well as our own text content, result data, and code of this website are subject to the copyright of the operators. Duplication, editing, or distribution outside the legal limits requires written consent.
§ 6 Sporting Competition
Events and leagues are virtual racing events without legally binding competition characteristics. There is no legal claim to prizes, placements, points, withdrawal of penalties, or participation. Decisions by the race direction are final and cannot be appealed. The rulebook (see Rules) must be observed; violations can lead to exclusion.
§ 7 Changes to the Disclaimer
We reserve the right to adapt this disclaimer at any time and without prior notice. The current version applies from the time of its publication on this page.
§ 8 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of this disclaimer be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic intent.
